한국의 사회복지운동 성과와 과제 37) .14 . 38) . 1996 , ‘’ , 7 . . . 2004 6 17 . ‘ ( )’ .15 2000 420 37) 이 위원회는 애초에 한국뇌성마비장애인연합,한국뇌성마비부모회,전국정신지체인부모연합회등 3개 단체에 의해 시작되었으나 이후 지속적으로 확대되었다.38) 장애인시설 비리척결을 위한 장애인운동진영측의 대표적인 운동은 1990년과 1992년에 정립회관 시설비리사건에 울림터, 장애운동청년연합회원들이 결합하여 시설내 직원들과 함께 투쟁을 전개한 사례를 들 수 있다. 그리고 1993년의 전북맹학교 비리사건을 꼽을 수 있는데 이 사건은 단순한 비리 뿐 아니라 성폭력사건까지 연결돼 지역내 장애인단체와 사회단체가 '전북맹학교 정상화공동대책위원회'를 꾸려 대응하였다.⁌- 182 -⁍
