The polyclinic has specialized services
in all these areas. Taking care of clients is
the top priority. A VIP lounge and parking,
as well as a children’s play area, where

membership cards. These cards include

massage, skin examinations, hemoglobin
and blood pressure check-ups, consultations
with any clinic or doctor, as well as discounts
on selected services. “VIP card holders have
direct access to doctors without needing
to waste time at reception or completing
booking procedures. They also get VIP
parking and are greeted at the special VIP
lounge, with home visiting services on offer
as well.”
VIPs are greeted by the Public Relations
Manager upon arrival at the polyclinic.
They are then escorted to the lounge where
everything is of the best quality and where
patients are ensured comfort and class. All
this is provided as a yearly membership and

Beauty card holders receive special
discounts in the beauty department, as
well as fitness and physical therapy, and
beauty products available at the polyclinic’s
pharmacy. Children holding a Kids card get
to enjoy free progress reports in nutrition
and school records, as well as other special
offers. The Orange card includes discounts
to all the clinics to provide visitors easy
access and comfort.
It doesn’t stop there, Al Etihad polyclinic
also has its own laboratory, as well as
ultrasound and x-ray services. The beauty
package includes slimming sessions,
hair and facial treatments, and other spa
treatments done by professional specialized
doctors.
