Changes in the security environment<br />
of traditional threats have<br />
not only played a key factor in<br />
determining policies and modernization<br />
plans for the Armed Forces<br />
of every nation in its quest to confront<br />
all possible challenges, but<br />
the impact of non-traditional<br />
threats, for example, natural disasters,<br />
environmental degradations,<br />
transnational crimes, terrorism and<br />
cyber security have also influenced<br />
Armed Forces to revise concepts<br />
and plans in preparing their readiness<br />
to assist those affected and<br />
provide support to the concerned<br />
agencies.<br />
