Rönesans Sağlık Yatırım’la Türkiye’nin en önemli sağlık
projelerinde işbirliği yapmalarından dolayı duydukları
memnuniyeti dile getiren Erkan, sözlerine şu şekilde devam
etti: “Turkcell olarak Rönesans işbirliğinde Türkiye’deki
dijital hastane dönemini Yozgat Şehir Hastanesi’yle birlikte
başlatmıştık. Buna ek olarak yine Rönesans İşletme
Hizmetleri ile birlikte 1 yılını tamamladığımız Adana Şehir
Hastanesi’nin de teknolojik altyapısında Turkcell imzası
bulunuyor. Bu projelerden edindiğimiz tecrübeleri şimdi de
Elazığ Şehir Hastanesi’nde kullanıyoruz. Hedefimiz her
zaman bu teknolojiyi bir adım ileriye taşımak… Rönesans
ile başlattığımız bu dönüşümü Bursa ve dünyanın depreme
dayanıklı en büyük hastanesi olarak tasarlanan İkitelli’de
de sürdürmeyi planlıyoruz.”
Dijital dönüşümle gelen hasta ve doktor memnuniyeti
Günlük 16 bini aşkın kişiye sağlık hizmeti sunulan
hastane, Adana’nın yanı sıra tüm bölgeye hizmet veriyor.
Sadece ilk yılında toplam 2 milyon 186 bin hastaya
hizmet veren hastanenin dijital altyapısını farklılaştıran
konuların başında ise HIMSS (Hastane Bilgi Yönetim
Sistemi) geliyor. Turkcell’in ilk olarak Yozgat Şehir
Hastanesi’nin dijital dönüşüm sürecinde öne çıkardığı
HBYS (Hastane Bilgi Yönetim Sistemi), dünyanın en saygın
dijital hastanelerinde kullanılıyor. Sağladığı teknoloji ile
hasta ve çalışan güvenliğini en yüksek düzeye çıkaran
sistem, hastane bünyesindeki tüm operasyonların
dijitalleştirilmesini sağlıyor. Böylece bütün sağlık verileri
mobil cihazlardan takip edilebilirken, yine hastane içerisine
yerleştirilen kiosklarla sıra almak, tahlil sonuçlarına
ulaşmak da artık çok kolay… Bu dijital altyapı aracılığıyla
ayrıca her türlü tıbbi cihaz, ağlar ve sensörler birbirlerine
bilgi gönderebilirken, dijitalleşme sayesinde hastane
bünyesinde kağıt kullanım oranı da minimuma iniyor.
Şehir hastanesindeki Turkcell’in yenilikçi teknolojileri
bundan ibaret değil. İlk örneği Yozgat’ta hayata geçirilen
hastane içi navigasyon sistemi Adana’da da olacak. Bu
navigasyon aracılığıyla büyük bir alan içerisine yayılan
şehir hastanesindeki her türlü birimi kolayca bulmak
mümkün… Yaklaşık 200 kişilik bir saha ekibiyle Adana
Şehir Hastanesi’nin tüm teknolojisini yöneten Turkcell’in
ayrıca, İstanbul ve Ankara merkezli NOC (Network
Operation Center) aracılığıyla bu uygulamaları anlık olarak
takip edeceğini ve verilerin güvenliğini sağlayacağını da
ekleyelim.
Yerli hastane yazılımı müjdesi
“Röntgenler, raporlar ve kan testleri bu üstün teknolojilerle
elden ele dolaşmıyor. Hasta sağlığıyla ilgili tüm bilgiler,
doğru ve eksiksiz bir şekilde kayıt altında alındığı gibi direkt
doktorların önündeki ekrana düşüyor” diyen Murat Erkan,
“Böylece hastaların teşhis ve tedavi süreçleri hızlanırken,
sağlık personelinin de gündelik hayatı kolaylaşıyor”
diyor. Hasta güvenliği ve doğru tedavinin uygulanmasını
destekleyen bu sistemi Turkcell olarak geliştirmek için
çalıştıklarını da ekleyen Erkan, “Bu bağlamda Turkcell’in
kendi HBYS (Hastane Bilgi Yönetim Sistemi) yazılımını
oluşturmak için kaynak kod alımı yaptık ve kendi yazılım
ekibimiz ile bu alanda dünyadaki en yüksek standardı
temsil eden HIMSS 7 standartlarına uygun bir HBYS
yazılımının çalışmalarını sürdürüyoruz” diye vurguluyor.
Expressing their gratification on their collaboration with
Renaissance Healthcare Ventures in Turkey’s most important
healthcare projects, Erkan added: “Turkcell initiated digital hospital
era in Turkey with Yozgat City Hospital through its collaboration
with Renaissance. In addition to this, Turkcell has also built the
technological infrastructure of the Adana City Hospital within the
first year of the alliance with Renaissance Property Services. We
are now putting into use the experiences we have gained through
this project at Elazig City Hospital. Our aim is to always carry this
technology one step forward. We are planning to continue this
transformation we have initiated with Renaissance in Bursa and
Ikitelli. The one in Ikitelli is designed to be the world’s biggest
earthquake-resistant hospital.
Digital Transformation leads to Patient Doctor Satisfaction
Adana City Hospital provides services to more than 16 thousand
patients on daily basis not just in Adana but all around Cukurova
region. HIMSS (Hospital Information Management Systems
Society) is the leading differentiator in the changing digital
infrastructure of the hospital where 2 million 186 thousand patients
were rendered service to within the first year. The HIMS (Hospital
Information Management System), which Turkcell has initially
developed during the digital transformation of the Yozgat City
Hospital, is used in the most prestigious digital hospitals around
the globe. The provided technology leads the security of the patient
and hospital personnel to maximum level while digitalizing all
operations within the hospital structure. This helps every health
data to be tracked from mobile devices, as well as, taking a queue
number and reaching to medical analysis results easier… With this
digital infrastructure every medical device, network and sensor can
send information from one to another. In addition, digitalization
within the hospital system has minimalized the number of paper
usage. The innovative technologies of the city hospital are not
limited to these examples. The navigation system which was
initiated in Yozgat will also be used in Adana. With the aid of this
navigation system every unit of the hospital that is spread to a
large area is easy to find. Turkcell leads the technological system
of the Adana City Hospital with a field force with around 200
people. Also, Turkcell with the NOC (Network Operation Center)
with headquarters in Istanbul and Ankara, can instantly track the
implementations and secure the data.
Good news: Native hospital software is coming soon
Murat Erkan says “The X-rays, reports and blood tests does not
travel from hand to hand with these cutting-edge technologies. All
the information about the patient’s healthcare falls into the screen
in front of the doctors as it is recorded accurately and completely”,
and adds “Thus, the diagnosis and treatment processes of the
patients become swifter, and the daily life of the healthcare
personnel is facilitated.” Erkan notes that Turkcell is working
to develop this system that supports patient safety and correct
treatment. He also emphasizes that; “in this context, we have
procured source code to create Turkcell’s own HIMS (Hospital
Information Management System) software and we are continuing
the HIMS software works compliant with the HIMSS 7 software
which represents the highest global standard in this field.
