There are 250 copies of effective questionnaires drawn from local Taiwan<br />

enterprise teams as sample objects and the related test results prove that there is a<br />

negative relationship between the Team Cohesion and respectively the Relationship<br />

Conflict, Task Conflict and Process Conflict. Besides, the Sobel Test result shows that<br />

the Organizational Identification does not bring forth a mediating effect on Cohesion<br />

and Conflict; Organizational Identification-Similarity does not produce a mediating<br />

effect on Cohesion and Process Conflict; Organizational Identification-Loyalty does<br />

not have a mediating effect on Cohesion and Task Conflict, Process Conflict.<br />

The Organizational Identification-Similarity does have a mediating effect on<br />

Cohesion and Relationship Conflict, Task Conflict; Organizational<br />

Identification-Membership does have a mediating effect on Cohesion and<br />

Relationship Conflict, Task Conflict, Process Conflict; Organizational<br />

Identification-Loyalty does have a mediating effect on Cohesion and Relationship<br />

Conflict. Among them, it is the mediating effect arisen from the Organizational<br />

Identification-Similarity for Cohesion and Task conflict counts to be the strongest.<br />
