Produktionsforschung für die Elektromobilität Production Research for Electric mobility
Die Fraunhofer-Allianz autoMOBILproduktion
bündelt die Kompetenzen von 18 Fraun-
hofer-Instituten, um die Automobilbranche
bei Forschung und Entwicklung umfassend
und kompetent zu unterstützen. Durch die
thematisch komplementären Forschungsschwerpunkte
der einzelnen Institute werden
Innovationen entlang der gesamten Prozesskette
der Fahrzeugherstellung schnell, ganzheitlich
und nachhaltig realisiert. Die interdisziplinäre
Zusammenarbeit umfasst den
komplexen automobilen Produktionslebenszyklus
und das gesamte automobile Supply-
Chain- Management. Die Allianz schafft neue
Marktangebote durch Integration der Kompetenzen
eines jeden Instituts. Sie stellt sich den
umweltpolitischen Herausforderungen wie
Treibstoff- und CO 2 -Reduzierung, Elektromobilität
und der Senkung des Materialeinsatzes
im Hinblick auf eine konsequente Ressourcen-
und Energieeffizienz der Produktionstechnologien
unter Berücksichtigung wirtschaftlicher
Aspekte. Die Allianzmitglieder
arbeiten entsprechend ihrer Kompetenzen
in folgenden Geschäftsfeldern zusammen:
Karosserie und Powertrain, Interieur, Fahrzeugmontage.
Plattformübergreifende Themengebiete
sind Methodenkompetenz und
»Produktionsforschung für die Elektromobilität«.
Die Fraunhofer-Allianz bietet sich den
OEM und deren Zulieferern als synergetisch
wirkender Partner zur Lösung innovativer
Querschnittsaufgaben an.
The Fraunhofer AutoMOBILE Production
Alliance bundles the expertise of 18 Fraunhofer-Institutes
to provide comprehensive
and competent support in research and development
for the automobile industry. Thanks
to the complementary topics of research
focus of the individual institutes, innovations
can be implemented quickly, integratively and
sustainably along the entire process chain
for automobile production. Interdisciplinary
cooperation covers the complex lifecycle
process of automotive production and the
entire automobile supply chain management.
By integrating the individual competencies
of each institute, the alliance creates new
services on the market. The alliance takes on
environmental challenges such as reduction
of fuel and CO 2 , electric mobility and reductions
in the use of material. At the same time,
it considers the economic aspects involved,
such as the permanent pressure to cut costs.
According to their competencies, the members
of the alliance are working together in
the following business fields: Carbody and
Powertrain, Interior, Vehicle Assembly. Competence
of Methods and Production Research
for Electric mobility“ represent as bridging
topics. The Fraunhofer Alliance stands as a
partner for SMEs and their suppliers, synergetically
working to solve innovative crossplatform
tasks.
