Die FSD Fahrzeugsystemdaten GmbH erstellt
Vorgaben zur Überprüfung sicherheitsrelevanter
elektronischer Funktionen und Systeme
von Kfz während der Hauptuntersuchung (HU)
und stellt sie den Überwachungsorganisationen
zur Verfügung. Hierfür arbeitet sie mit den
Fahrzeugherstellern und -importeuren, mit
wissenschaftlichen Einrichtungen sowie mit
den Prüforganisationen eng zusammen.
FSD hat sich bereits kurz nach Markteintritt
der ersten Elektro- und Hybridfahrzeuge auf
diese neuen Antriebskonzepte eingestellt
und entsprechende Prüfvorgaben entwickelt.
Zurzeit stellt FSD Vorgaben für 90 % der in
Deutschland zugelassenen Elektro- und Hybridfahrzeuge
bereit.
Die Vorgaben werden kontinuierlich überprüft
und weiter entwickelt. Dazu wertet FSD
die Informationen der in Deutschland jährlich
etwa 25 Mio. durchgeführten HU systematisch
aus.
Daneben führt FSD jährlich 100.000 vertiefte
Untersuchungen mit Nutzern ihres Informationssystems
durch, entweder im Rahmen
der HU oder kurz bevor die Fahrzeuge auf die
anstehende HU vorbereitet werden. Darüber
hinaus wird FSD von den Verkehrsministerien
von Bund und Ländern sowie dem KBA und
der BASt mit Forschungs- und Entwicklungsaufgaben
bzw. mit statistischen Auswertungen
beauftragt.
Für Forschungs- und Validierungszwecke unterhält
FSD einen eigenen Fuhrpark: Dieser
umfasst derzeit einen Hybrid- und Elektro-
Pkw, ein Hybrid- und Elektro-Motorrad sowie
ein Elektro-Leichtkraftrad.
FSD Fahrzeugsystemdaten GmbH produces test
specifications for the inspection of safety–related
electronically controlled functions and
systems at the Periodic technical inspection
(PTI) in Germany and makes them available to
the inspection organisations. FSD works closely
with vehicle producers and importers, scientific
institutions and inspection organisations.
FSD has adapted to the first electric and hybrid
vehicles shortly after their appearance in
the market by developing relevant test specifications.
It now provides test specifications
for 90 % of the electric and hybrid vehicles
registered in Germany.
These specifications undergo continual revision
and development. FSD also systematically
evaluates the information provided by
about 25 million annual PTIs in Germany.
In addition, FSD also conducts some 100,000
in-depth inspections, either following a regular
inspection or shortly before the vehicles
are prepared for the forthcoming inspection.
Moreover, FSD has been assigned by the
Ministries of Transport of the Federal Government
and the Federal States as well as the
Federal Motor Transport Authority (KBA) and
Federal Highway Research Agency (BASt)
with research and development tasks as well
as statistical evaluations.
FSD has its own vehicle fleet for research
and validation purposes: this currently comprises
a hybrid and an electric car, a hybrid
and an electric motorbike and an electric
motor scooter.
