und Stromrichtern sowie die Lösung von Einzelfragestellungen
zu Konstruktion und Auslegung
von Maschinen im Mittelpunkt.
Die Forschungsthemen am Lehrstuhl Fahrzeugmechatronik
des Instituts für Automobiltechnik
Dresden – IAD konzentrieren sich
auf die Energie- und Informationssysteme
moderner und zukünftiger Kraftfahrzeuge.
Ein Schwerpunkt dabei ist die Erforschung
und Entwicklung neuer Verfahren zur Modellierung
und Simulation stationärer und mobiler,
elektrischer Energiespeicher auf Zell- und
Batteriesystemebene. Der Lehrstuhl verfügt
dafür über klimatisierte Prüffelder zur Untersuchung
von elektrischen Nebenaggregaten,
Energiespeichern und Steuergeräten, die neben
Spitzenbelastungen auch reale Fahrzyklen
und Dauerläufe an einem realen Fahrzeugbordnetz
simulieren können. Zu den aktuellen
Forschungsthemen gehören die SOC/SOH-
Bestimmung und Fragestellungen zur Alterungsanalyse.
Die Möglichkeit zur Hardwarein-the-Loop-Simulation
ganzer elektrischer
und elektronischer Bordnetzkomponenten
ermöglicht außerdem den kompletten Entwurf
und die Analyse neuer Bordnetzarchitekturen.
Deutlich wird die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit
von Instituten, Studenten und der
Wirtschaft beispielsweise am Formula Student
Team Elbflorace. Innerhalb des Wettbewerbs
konstruieren, entwickeln und fertigen die teilnehmenden
Hochschulen jeweils einen eigenen
Rennwagen. Initiiert durch das IAD wurde
das Team ELBFLORACE e.V. im Jahr 2006 ins
Leben gerufen. Mit dem letztjährigen Boliden
„Areus“ wurde der Sprung vom Verbrennungsmotor
zum Elektromotor gewagt und sich
gleichzeitig neuen Herausforderungen gestellt.
focus on finding solutions to individual problems
related to the construction and design
of machines.
Research subjects at the chair of Vehicle Mechatronics
of the Dresden Institute of Automobile
Engineering (IAD) concentrate on
energy and information systems of powerdriven
vehicles of today and the future. One
area of focus here is on the research and
development of new methods to model and
simulate stationary and mobile electric storage
systems on the cell and battery system
level. For this the chair has at their disposal
climate-controlled test facilities for studying
electric auxiliary units, energy storage systems
and control devices. Not only can these
facilities simulate peak loads, but also driving
cycles and continuous operation on real vehicle
power circuit systems. Current research
subjects include SOC/SOH determination,
and issues related to the analysis of aging.
The ability to carry out hardware-in-the-loop
simulation of entire electrical and electronic
power circuit components also makes it possible
to fully design and analyze new power
circuit architectures.
A good example of the interdisciplinary cooperation
among institutes, students and
business is the Formula Student Team Elbflorace.
In the competition the participating
universities each design, develop and build
their own racing car. On the initiative of the
IAD the Team ELBFLORACE e. V. was founded
in 2006. Last year, with the racing car “Areus”,
they made the leap from internal combustion
engine to electric motor, meeting new challenges
in the process.
