Mélange inattendu de services et d’espaces, conçu pour
favoriser une relation de proximité entre propriétaires de
magasins et étudiants.
Concept qui permet aux étudiants de réviser dans des
espaces non exploités de magasins de photocopies,
utilisant les facilités du lieu et des espaces de travail surmesure.
Unexpected mix of services and spaces, intended to foster
a closer relationship between shopkeepers and students.
Concept that enables students to work and study in
the currently vacant areas of a local copy shop, using
copy facilities combined with plug-in office spaces and
model workshops.

Permettre de s’investir dans le quartier en construisant
des infrastructures publiques afin d’encourager une
participation active.
Le projet propose la construction d’une structure
semblable à un long serpent de bois, dans le jardin
botanique, structure qui accueillerait des événements
culturels et serait construite par les membres du
comité de quartier. Chaque poutre de la structure serait
sponsorisée par une personne du quartier. Un chariot
serait conçu afin de vendre les poutres en permettant à
leur habitant-sponsor d’y graver son nom.
Personalized neighbourhood involvement in the building
of public infrastructure to enhance levels of active
participation
Proposed construction of a long, snake-like wooden
structure in the botanical garden that would host
cultural events and be built together by members of the
local community. Each wooden beam of the structure
would be sponsored by another citizen. A special cart
would be designed to sell these beams to people and
allow them to engrave their names on them.
