Höhere Geschwindigkeit
und Genauigkeit
KJ Industries A/S (Esbjerg V, DEN) präsentiert
auf der IFFA die Weiterentwicklung der
renommierten vollautomatischen Grobzerlegeanlage,
die auf dem Vision-System basiert.
Diese Maschine kombiniert hohe Geschwindigkeiten
mit großer Genauigkeit und steigert
somit den Ertrag steigern. Die Grobzerlegeanlage
hat schon eine Rekordgeschwindigkeit
von bis zu 800 Schlachtkörpern pro
Stunde erreicht und ist dabei erheblich
präziser als eine manuelle Produktionslinie,
die 300 Schlachtkörper pro Stunde verarbeitet.
Bisherige Kunden konnten zwei Produktionslinien
zu einer zusammenfügen oder
eine Nachtschicht abschaffen. Diese Säge,
die bis zu 1400 Mittelstücke pro Stunde
verarbeiten kann, benutzt auch die hoch
entwickelte Vision-Technologie, um jede
Einheit zu prüfen, bevor der Schnitt genau
an der richtigen Stelle platziert wird. Weitere
Greater speed and
accuracy
KJ Industries A/S (Esbjerg V, DEN) presents at
IFFA the further development of KJ‘s acclaimed
fully automatic primal cutting machine based
on the Vision system. This machine has proven
its ability to combine high speeds with great
accuracy, thereby increasing yield. The primal
cutting machine has already achieved recordbreaking
speeds of up to 800 carcasses an
hour and is considerably more precise than a
manual line doing 300 carcasses an hour. Past
customers have been able to combine two
lines to just one, or to eliminate a night shift.
KJ Industries has also continued work on its
chine bone saw so that it now rivals the primal
cutting systems for speed. Capable of processing
up to 1400 middles an hour, this saw also
uses the sophisticated Vision technology to inspect
each unit before placing the cut exactly
where it should be. Other highlights include
easy cleaning thanks to the open structure,
low overall maintenance, and rapid blade
replacement. Clients have also shown great
interest in the new version of the KJ Industries
Loin Puller, which offers precise cutting of the
fat layer on loins. The machine not only saves
a great deal of manual labor, it is also very
stable and accurate.
Rezeptur für gesunde Wurst
Ein Ergebnis des umfangreichen Projekts
der dänischen Fleischforschungsanstalt,
Danish Meat Research Institute, wird von
Nordic Sugar A/B (Kopenhagen, DEN)
auf der IFFA präsentiert: Wiener Wurst mit
10 % Fett, die eine nährwertbezogene
Ballaststoffangabe zu ihren Vorteilen zählen
kann. Die Wurst mit Roggenkleiegehalt ist
mit konzentrierter Zuckerrübenfaser,
Fibrex ® , angereichert. Das Ergebnis ist eine
schmackhafte Wurst mit einem Ballaststoffgehalt
von 3 %. Die Zusammenarbeit zwischen
der Danish Meat Research Institute
(DMRI) und Nordic Sugar, dem Hersteller
der Zuckerrübenfaser Fibrex ® , basiert auf
einem dreijährigen Projekt in der DMRI, das
die Grundlage für neue gesunde, sättigende
und schmackhafte Fleischprodukte
bildet. Sowohl tierische Eiweißstoffe als
auch Ballaststoffe geben eine erhöhte Sättigung.
Auf diese Weise wurden die Rezepturen
für eine gesunde Wurst mit Ballaststoffen
und optimiertem Geschmackserlebnis.
Die Zuckerrübenfaser Fibrex ® hat mit 67 %
einen hohen Ballaststoffanteil (1/3 lösliche
Ballaststoffe) und erhöht somit der Ballaststoffanteil
in vielen Produkten, wie z.B.
Backwaren und Zerealien.
A healthier sausage
One of the results from an extensive project
by Danish Meat Research Institute will be
presented at IFFA by Nordic Sugar A/B
(Kopen hagen, DEN): a healthier low-fat
wiener sausage with 10 % fat, which will now
have a nutritional fibre claim added to its list
of advantages. The sausage with rye bran
fibre is now boosted with concentrated sugar
beet fibre, Fibrex ® . The result is a tasty sausage
with a 3 % fibre level. Yield and cost
savings are also working in its favour. The
cooperation between Danish Meat Research
Institute (DMRI) and Nordic Sugar, producer
of sugar beet fibre Fibrex ® is based on the
results from a 3-year project at DMRI for
which the aim has been to provide a basis for
new healthy, satiating and tasty meat products.
Both animal proteins and dietary fibre
promote satiety and these nutritional benefits
can be utilized in new food product development.
This has resulted in healthy fiber sausage
formulations. In order to ensure market
potential, new healthy meat formulations
must meet consumer demands and preferences
in terms of sensory quality. Since Fibrex
sugar beet fibre has a high concentration of
67 % fibre (1/3 soluble), it is easy to boost
the fibre content of many products such as
bakery, cereals.
3-Achs-Roboter und
KLT-Greifer
komplett entwickelter 3-Achs-Roboter EOR.
Folgekosten. MFI hat einen vielseitig einsetzbaren
Greifer für alle gängigen Kleinteileladungsträger
(KLT)-Typen entwickelt.
Er kann nicht nur Boxen
depalettieren,
sondern auch
Kartons ansaugen.
Alle
gängigen KLT-
Formate, mit unterschiedlichen
Höhen, werden nach
dem Einlauf der Palette in die
Depalettierstation vollautomatisch
abgearbeitet. Der
von MFI entwickelte KLT-
Greifer ist in der Lage, eine
frei gebildete Palette mit
unterschiedlichen KLT-
Größen und KLT-Höhen
komplett zu depalettieren. Optional kann das
Greifsystem mit zusätzlichen Sauggreifern
ausgerüstet werden.
3-Axis Robot and
Multi-purpse Gripper
MFI AG (Benningen, GER) has specialised in
steel and high-grade steel intralogistics and produces
e.g. conveyor and warehouse systems,
bay operating units and special machines from
high-grade steel, along with the associated software
used in the food industry. The latest product
is EOR.VA, the 3-axis robot with an optional
fourth axis. Unlike standard robots, this proprietary
development is safe to use in the food industry.
EOR.VA can also be used with low ceiling
heights and in critical temperature ranges and
has, especially for use in the food industry, far
fewer limitations in terms of handling weight
and range than a standard robot. Because the
robot can be used without overalls, the operator
has no follow-up costs in this respect. With EOR.
VA, MFI AG is aiming to place on the market a
device with multiple axes, which can be used
anywhere in the food industry even with open
products and which satisfies the required hygiene
requirements. The company has developed
a multi-purpose gripper for all standard
small part carriers. Able to depallet boxes
and suction cartons too. All standard small
part carrier formats, with differing heights,
are handled automatically once the pallet
arrives in the depalleting station. The small part
carrier gripper is mounted on an industrial
robot. First, a camera system integrated into the
gripper determines the height and rough position
of the tallest small part carrier – regardless
of its position on the pallet.
