GmbH brand based in Cologne, consists only of a transport cabin
and two rails. The head section of the cab accommodates the
drive unit in the smallest possible space, but with high power efficiency
– an ultra-modern and invisible pulley system, powered
by electricity. The only thing that’s required? A hole in the ceiling.
For Lifton’s experts, this is nothing out of the ordinary. A
floor space of less than one square metre, a 230-volt socket with
household electricity, two centrally positioned rails that distribute
the weight optimally and a transport cabin – that's all it takes to
install the Homelift. Boasting a speed of 15 centimetres per second,
the Lifton crosses the path from one floor to the next, gliding
smoothly along the outer rails. The Homelift adapts itself
elegantly to the living space and thanks to its sophisticated
design, there is no need for a shaft and pit. The advantages Lifton
brings speak for themselves: aesthetically pleasing, compact,
easy to install and simple, safe operation. The lift can be fitted
almost anywhere in the house, including in a stairwell, on a balcony,
on a gallery or in the garage. The price per lift, including
all services such as consulting, statistical testing and execution of
all trades up to delivery, installation and instruction, is between
25,000 and 30,000 euros. Craftsmen's services for assembly are
tax-deductible and the lift user can apply for a nursing-care
allowance from their nursing care insurance provider. As such, it
is an investment that is sure to pay off, as it improves the value
of your property and enhances your comfort for the future – particularly
as you get older.
