�Die genannten Preise sind Nettopreise. Zusätzlich wird die Mehrwertsteuer<br />
mit dem jeweils gültigen Satz berechnet.<br />
�Koelnmesse ist berechtigt, die bestellten Leistungen durch Servicepartner<br />
durchführen zu lassen. Diese handeln im Namen und im<br />
Auftrag der Koelnmesse.<br />
�Eine All-Risk-Versicherung für die gemieteten Geräte wird zusätzlich<br />
mit 9 % des Mietpreises berechnet. Versicherungsbedingungen auf<br />
Anfrage.<br />
�Alle Preise inkl. Anlieferung und Abholung (ohne Terminvereinbarung<br />
nach Messeende), Auf- und Abbau sowie Emergency-Support.<br />
Installationen an Kundengeräten werden mit 15,00 EUR je 10 Minuten<br />
abgerechnet.<br />
�Eine terminierte Geräteabholung innerhalb von zwei Stunden nach<br />
Messeende kann gegen einen Aufpreis von 40,00 EUR vereinbart werden.<br />
Eine terminierte Abholung (kein Abbau) der Geräte vor Messe ende<br />
ist für einen Grundpreis von 30,00 EUR zuzüglich 27,80 EUR je Stunde<br />
bis Messeende vereinbar.<br />
�Der Empfang der bestellten Ware ist vom Aussteller vor Ort zu<br />
bestätigen. Beanstandungen sind nur während der Veranstaltung<br />
möglich.<br />

�All prices given are net prices. VAT is charged on all products and<br />
services subject to this tax at the rate valid at the time of invoicing.<br />
�Koelnmesse is entitled to contract a partner company to perform<br />
the services ordered. Such companies act in the name and on behalf<br />
of Koelnmesse.<br />
�An additional fee of 9 % of the rental price is charged for insuring the<br />
rented items (all-risk insurance). Insurance terms are available on request.<br />
�All prices include delivery, collection (without a scheduled appointment<br />
after the fair), installation, dismantling and emergency support.<br />
Installation of customer equipment will be invoiced at 15 euros per<br />
10 minutes.<br />
�An appointment for the collection of equipment within two hours after<br />
the end of the fair can be made for an additional fee of 40 euros. An<br />
appoint ment for the collection (no dismantling) of the equipment prior<br />
to the end of the fair can be made for a basic fee of 30 euros, plus 27.80<br />
euros per hour until the end of the fair.<br />
�Receipt of the ordered goods must be confirmed by the exhibitor on<br />
location. Complaints can only be accepted during the event.<br />
