�Die genannten Preise sind Nettopreise. Zusätzlich wird die Mehrwertsteuer
mit dem jeweils gültigen Satz berechnet.
�Koelnmesse ist berechtigt, die bestellten Leistungen durch Servicepartner
durchführen zu lassen. Diese handeln im Namen und im
Auftrag der Koelnmesse.
�Mietbedingungen:
Die Verleihpreise beziehen sich pro Stück auf die Dauer der Messe
inkl. Anlieferung, Aufbau, Pflege während der Messe und Abholung
bei Messeende. Bei Verlust der gemieteten Pflanzen werden diese
dem Aussteller in Rechnung gestellt.
�Der Empfang der bestellten Ware ist vom Aussteller vor Ort zu
bestätigen.
�Alle Teile werden bei Veranstaltungsende möglichst sofort abgeholt.
Bestellungen, die 5 Tage vor Messebeginn annulliert werden, werden
voll in Rechnung gestellt.
�Beanstandungen sind nur bei Anlieferung möglich.

Please note!
�All prices given are net prices. VAT is charged on all products and
services subject to this tax at the rate valid at the time of invoicing.
�Koelnmesse is entitled to contract a partner company to perform
the services ordered. Such companies act in the name and on behalf
of Koelnmesse.
�Terms of rent:
The rental prices listed are per item including delivery, setting up and
care for the duration of the fair and collection after the fair closes.
In the event that the rented plants are lost, the costs will be invoiced to
the exhibitor.
�Receipt of the ordered goods must be confirmed by the exhibitor on
location.
�All items will be collected as soon as possible at the end of the event.
Any orders that are cancelled five days before the start of the fair will
be charged at the full amount.
�Complaints may only be made upon delivery.
