�Koelnmesse ist berechtigt, die bestellten Leistungen durch Servicepartner
durchführen zu lassen. Diese handeln im Namen und im
Auftrag der Koelnmesse.
�Die genannten Preise sind Nettopreise. Zusätzlich wird die Mehrwertsteuer
mit dem jeweils gültigen Satz berechnet.
�Es ist bei allen Installationen eine vorherige und rechtzeitige Rückfrage
über die Durchführbarkeit der geplanten Anlage bei Koelnmesse
zu empfehlen. Die fest eingebauten Installationsanschlüsse für Wasserzu-
und -abfluss, Absaugeinrichtung und Druckluft im zugeteilten
Standraum steht bei Bedarf auch den Nachbarständen zur Verfügung.
Ausstellereigene Geräte müssen mindestens 3 Tage vor Veranstaltungsbeginn
am Stand sein.
�Grundsätzlich wird für alle zusätzlichen Arbeiten, die nicht den
oben genannten Positionen entsprechen, Stundensätze in Rechnung
gestellt. 1 Arbeitsstunde 49,20 EUR.
�Bitte achten Sie darauf, insbesondere bei einer Bestellung von
Absaug-, Druckluftinstallationen, den zuständigen Techniker in T.02/2
einzutragen!
�Um die von Ihnen gewünschte Installation ordnungsgemäß durchführen
zu können, ist die Beifügung einer maßgerechten Standskizze
mit den ein gezeichneten Anschlusswünschen oder die Erstellung
einer Skizze mit Rohrverlauf un bedingt erforderlich.
�Beanstandungen sind nur während der Veranstaltung möglich.
�Die Sicherheitsbestimmungen auf Messebaustellen sind einzuhalten.

Orders received after the deadline will incur a surcharge of 20 %
� Koelnmesse is entitled to contract a partner company to perform
the services ordered. Such companies act in the name and on behalf
of Koelnmesse.
� All prices given are net prices. VAT is charged on all products and
services subject to this tax at the rate valid at the time of invoicing.
� Prior to making any installations, we recommend you consult
Koelnmesse in good time to confirm that the intended
installation is feasible. The permanent water supply and drainage
connections, exhaust vent and compressed air installations in the
allocated stand space may also be shared by neighbouring stands if
necessary. Devices supplied by the exhibitor must be brought to the
stand at least three days prior to the start of the event.
� All additional labour required that is not covered by the items listed
above will be invoiced at an hourly rate (49.20 euros per hour).
� Please be sure to enter the name of the responsible technician inT.02/2,
especially when ordering exhaust vents and compressed air installations!
� To enable the installations you require to be carried out correctly, please
ensure that you enclose or arrange for a attachment of a stand sketch to
scale that includes your requested connection points and the route of
the pipe.
�Complaints may only be made during the event.
�The safety provisions on fair stand construction sites must be observed.
