Robyn Starkoski and Trevor Artzen also represented the<br />

<strong>Club</strong> proudly at the local Playdowns. Robyn’s bowling<br />

was also was featured on Breakfast Television on City TV.<br />

The Champions from the first<br />

10-pin league in the <strong>Club</strong>’s<br />

history have been crowned. They<br />

are: Joanne Gillette, Trevor Marks,<br />

Jean Gosbee-Marks and Ken &<br />

Terril Hilland. Congratulations to<br />

the championship team and thanks to<br />

all those participants who made the<br />

League so successful!<br />

Join a 10-pin lEaguE<br />

Register now for our fun and exciting 10-pin<br />

leagues. We will once again be offering our<br />

popular Mixed League on Wednesday nights<br />

at 7:00 pm. Our new Youth League will be<br />

on Tuesday afternoons at 4:30 pm. Check for<br />

registration details on GameTime. It’s time<br />

to try the new game in the <strong>Club</strong>!<br />

5-pin lEaguEs rEsumE aFtEr christmas brEak<br />

All 5-pin leagues resume after the Christmas break during the<br />

week of Monday, January 9 th . Remember that re-registration<br />

is not necessary for any 5-pin league.<br />

The only 5-pin program that requires registration is the<br />

Smurfs Bumper Bowling classes for 3 to 5 year olds on<br />

Monday afternoons. Check<br />

• The Thursday Afternoon Mixed, Thursday Sonic Youth,<br />

Thursday Evening Mixed, Friday Mixed, and Saturday<br />

Youth leagues go ahead as scheduled during the Teachers’<br />

Convention/Family Day long weekend (Feb. 16 th to 20 th ).<br />

• The Monday Men’s league is cancelled on Family Day<br />

(February 20 th ).<br />

Saturday, January 21 st | 7:30 pm | Cost: $15 per person<br />

For more than 30 years, Tournament Chairman Dennis<br />

Havrelock has annually brought together 50 bowlers from<br />

all of our leagues to compete for the prestigious Super Bowl<br />

title along with $750 in prize money. Look for registration<br />

information in the Bowling Centre when the leagues resume<br />

in January!<br />

Congratulations to Grant Pinkney who won this year’s<br />

edition of the Cash Bowl and took home $100 for his efforts.<br />
