The future aggregate minimum lease payments under non-cancellable operating leases contracted for as at the

(b) The Group as lessor
The Group has entered into non-cancellable operating lease agreements on its investment properties portfolio.
These leases have remaining non-cancellable lease terms of between 1 and 26 years. Certain leases have auto
renewal option of 2 years included in the contracts.
The future minimum lease payments receivable under non-cancellable operating leases contracted for as at the
statements of financial position but not recognised as receivables, are as follows:
