The cash held under Housing Development Accounts are amounts held pursuant to section 7A of the Housing Development
(Control and Licensing) Act, 1966 and are therefore restricted from use in other operations.
Deposits with licensed bank of the Group and of the Company amounting to RM22,729,130 (2010: RM18,887,678) and
RM14,090,283 (2010: RM13,778,290) respectively are pledged to banks to secure banking facilities.
