Excursions Included
Full Day to Anglesey and Beaumaris. We travel to
Anglesey with time to explore the charming town of
Beaumaris before paying a visit to LlanfairPG, famous
not only for its inordinately long name, but also for
Pringle’s Woollen Mills, where we have a short stop.
Full Day to Caernarvon and Snowdonia. A magnificent
journey today takes us along the shores of Conwy Bay
to Caernarvon, with its splendid castle beside the
harbour. We then turn inland through to Porthmadog.
We see more of Snowdonia on the return journey via
Llanberis, at the foot of Snowdon.

Aberconwy Centre and a short walk from
Llandudno's wonderful shops, pier and Happy Valley
gardens. Large entertainment suite with dance floor
and entertainment most evenings. Superb “Looking
Glass” bar with views over the bay, sun lounge and
games room with snooker. 120 bedrooms with
central heating and private bath or shower and WC.
All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities, hair
dryer and TV with radio channels. Many rooms
have views over the bay or over the town to the
Snowdonian mountains in the distance. Lift serves

Excursions Included
Full Day to Ffestiniog Railway. We travel first to
Porthmadog before taking the most famous of the Great
Little Trains up to Blaenau Ffestiniog, in the heart of the
Welsh slate mining area.
Full Day to Snowdon and Llanberis Lake Railway.
Llanberis Lake lies at the foot of Snowdon, the highest
mountain in Wales with majestic views. We return via
Swallow Falls.
Full Day to Llangollen and Bala Lake. We head over
the lovely Horseshoe Pass to Llangollen in the Dee
Valley before turning west to Bala for a trip on the Bala
Lake Railway.
Fares on the three railway journeys are included in
the tour cost.

The gardens of North Wales are
set amongst the finest scenery in
Britain and this holiday includes
visits to four of the very best.
Excursions Included
Full Day to Plas Newydd House & Gardens and
Beaumaris. We cross over to Anglesey to enjoy the
beautiful 18th century Plas Newydd House with its fine
gardens and parkland that overlook the Menai Straits
(entrance to Plas Newydd House and Gardens
included). We return via the charming town of
Beaumaris.
Half Day to Penrhyn Castle. A visit to the early
19th century Penrhyn Castle, offering attractive walks
in the grounds amongst its collection of exotic trees
and shrubs and in its Victorian walled garden
(entrance included).
Full Day to Gwydir Castle and Bodnant Gardens.
We spend the morning at the fine Elizabethan Gardens
of the splendid Tudor Gwydir Castle and continue to
Bodnant Gardens, widely acknowledged as one of the
world’s most spectacular gardens, not to mention its
stunning views across to Snowdonia. We return on a
picturesque journey via Betws-y-Coed (entrance to
Gwydir Castle and Bodnant Gardens included).
