(m) TECHNICIAN<br />
Diploma of recognised Agricultural College or approved equivalent. Minimum age 21 years. Considerable experience<br />
essential, preferably in dairy farming.<br />
ASSISTANT<br />
Junior Certificate including English and Mathematics A with Science subjects desirable. Preference for Leaving<br />
Certificate or a Diploma of a recognised Agricultural College. Allowance paid. for Diploma and promotion to Field<br />
Technician dependent on satisfactory service and possession of a Diploma or approved equivalent.<br />
(n) Location Manjimup.<br />
(o) A Leaving Certificate preferred plus a pass in Surveying I at the Perth Technical College or its equivalent. Some<br />
experience in the construction industry or in irrigation and drainage would be an advantage.<br />
(p) A Leaving Certificate preferred plus a pass in Surveying I at the Perth Technical College or its equivalent. Some<br />
experience in the construction industry or in water supply and sewerage services would be an advantage.<br />
(q) Junior Certificate in six subjects including English and Mathematics A with Science subjects desirable.<br />
Preference will be given to Leaving Certificate applicants with some experience related to geology.<br />
(r) Level 1—University degree preferably with a major in Psychology.<br />
Level 2—University Diploma of Social Studies or Associateship in Social Work, West Australian Institute of Technology.<br />
Level 3—University Degree in Social Studies or a University degree plus Diploma of Social Studies.<br />
(s) Level 1—University degree preferably with a major in Psychology.<br />
(t) University degree in Agricultural Science or approved equivalent academic qualification. Considerable experience<br />
required for appointment at Grade 2 level.<br />
(a) A District Allowance of 8613 per annum married man, $306.50 per annum single man applies and a Child Allowance of<br />
$100 per annum for each child of school age resident in the North with a maximum of 8400 per annum.<br />
(e) A house will be provided on a rental basis for a married man.<br />
(x) Headquarters: Two Peoples Bay Fauna Reserve. (near Albany).<br />
(y) Accommodation—A two bedroom house plus sleepout, equipped with a 32v. lighting plant, L.P. gas stove, H.W.S.,<br />
Septic Toilet (etc.) Rent free and fuel provided.<br />
(w) Honours degree in appropriate field of study or Bachelor's degree with considerable research experience. Preference<br />
will be given to applicants with higher degrees and research experience.<br />
(a) The Department has management responsibilities over approximately 12 million acres of land gazetted as fauna sanctuaries.<br />
The Department has a small research unit undertaking research on the management of these sanctuaries under the<br />
direction of the senior research officer. Further details available from the undersigned or Department of Fisheries and<br />
Fauna, 108 Adelaide Terrace, Perth.<br />

HIS Excellency the Governor in Executive Council,<br />
under the provisions of section 6 of the Legal<br />
Contribution Trust Act, 1967, has been pleased to<br />
appoint, on the nomination of the Hon. Attorney<br />
General and in place of Norman Neil Houston,<br />
resigned, Ian Hollett, of 70 Milner Street, Nollamara<br />
as a deputy to act in the office of trustee<br />
of the Legal Contribution Trust, in the absence<br />
of William John Robinson, a trustee of the Legal<br />

COMPANIES ACT, 1961-1971.<br />
WHEREAS Patrick-Intermarine Management<br />
Limited (in this notice called "the Company") is<br />
the management company within the meaning of<br />
section 76 of the Companies Act, 1961-1971 (in<br />
this notice called "the Act"), in relation to a trust<br />
deed (hereinafter called "the Deed") constituting<br />
Stocks & Holdings Property Trust; and whereas<br />
application has been made by the Company for<br />
exemption from compliance with certain provisions<br />
of Division 5 of Part IV of the Act in respect<br />
of the Deed: Now, therefore, I, the undersigned,<br />
the Minister administering the Act, acting<br />
under the provisions of section 88 of the<br />
Act, do hereby exempt the Company from complying<br />
with<br />
(1) the provisions of subparagraph (iii) of<br />
paragraph (b) of subsection (1) of section<br />
80 of the Act; and<br />
(2) the provisions of subsection (1) of section<br />
84 of the Act in respect of the Deed<br />
subject to the following conditions,<br />
namely<br />
(a) that the company keeps or causes<br />
to be kept in the <strong>State</strong> of New South<br />
Wales a complete register of interest<br />
holders wheresoever resident at<br />
a place and in the form and manner<br />
in which such a register would<br />
be required to be kept if the Deed<br />
were an approved deed under the<br />
law of the <strong>State</strong> of New South Wales<br />
relating to companies; and<br />
(b) that the company keeps at a place<br />
within three miles of the office of<br />
the Registrar of Companies in the<br />
<strong>State</strong> of Western Australia, a register<br />
of interest holders resident in<br />
Western Australia and in relation<br />
to that register complies with the<br />
requirements of section 84 of the<br />
said Act, and at such place provides<br />
reasonable accommodation<br />
and facilities for persons to inspect<br />
and take copies of that register;<br />
and
