Diploma of recognised Agricultural College or approved equivalent. Minimum age 21 years. Considerable experience
essential, preferably in dairy farming.
ASSISTANT
Junior Certificate including English and Mathematics A with Science subjects desirable. Preference for Leaving
Certificate or a Diploma of a recognised Agricultural College. Allowance paid. for Diploma and promotion to Field
Technician dependent on satisfactory service and possession of a Diploma or approved equivalent.

(o) A Leaving Certificate preferred plus a pass in Surveying I at the Perth Technical College or its equivalent. Some
experience in the construction industry or in irrigation and drainage would be an advantage.
(p) A Leaving Certificate preferred plus a pass in Surveying I at the Perth Technical College or its equivalent. Some
experience in the construction industry or in water supply and sewerage services would be an advantage.
(q) Junior Certificate in six subjects including English and Mathematics A with Science subjects desirable.
Preference will be given to Leaving Certificate applicants with some experience related to geology.
(r) Level 1—University degree preferably with a major in Psychology.
Level 2—University Diploma of Social Studies or Associateship in Social Work, West Australian Institute of Technology.
Level 3—University Degree in Social Studies or a University degree plus Diploma of Social Studies.
(s) Level 1—University degree preferably with a major in Psychology.
(t) University degree in Agricultural Science or approved equivalent academic qualification. Considerable experience
required for appointment at Grade 2 level.
(a) A District Allowance of 8613 per annum married man, $306.50 per annum single man applies and a Child Allowance of
$100 per annum for each child of school age resident in the North with a maximum of 8400 per annum.
(e) A house will be provided on a rental basis for a married man.
(x) Headquarters: Two Peoples Bay Fauna Reserve. (near Albany).
(y) Accommodation—A two bedroom house plus sleepout, equipped with a 32v. lighting plant, L.P. gas stove, H.W.S.,
Septic Toilet (etc.) Rent free and fuel provided.
(w) Honours degree in appropriate field of study or Bachelor's degree with considerable research experience. Preference
will be given to applicants with higher degrees and research experience.
(a) The Department has management responsibilities over approximately 12 million acres of land gazetted as fauna sanctuaries.
The Department has a small research unit undertaking research on the management of these sanctuaries under the
direction of the senior research officer. Further details available from the undersigned or Department of Fisheries and
Fauna, 108 Adelaide Terrace, Perth.

HIS Excellency the Governor in Executive Council,
pursuant to section 578 of The Criminal Code
and section 34 of the Interpretation Act
(a) has cancelled the appointment of Oliver
Francis Dixon, and
(b) has appointed Kevin Horace Parker,
Senior Assitant Crown Prosecutor,
as a person authorised to sign and present indictments
in any Court of criminal jurisdiction.

HIS Excellency the Governor in Executive Council,
under the provisions of section 6 of the Legal
Contribution Trust Act, 1967, has been pleased to
appoint, on the nomination of the Hon. Attorney
General and in place of Norman Neil Houston,
resigned, Ian Hollett, of 70 Milner Street, Nollamara
as a deputy to act in the office of trustee
of the Legal Contribution Trust, in the absence
of William John Robinson, a trustee of the Legal
Contribution Trust.

COMPANIES ACT, 1961-1971.
WHEREAS Patrick-Intermarine Management
Limited (in this notice called "the Company") is
the management company within the meaning of
section 76 of the Companies Act, 1961-1971 (in
this notice called "the Act"), in relation to a trust
deed (hereinafter called "the Deed") constituting
Stocks & Holdings Property Trust; and whereas
application has been made by the Company for
exemption from compliance with certain provisions
of Division 5 of Part IV of the Act in respect
of the Deed: Now, therefore, I, the undersigned,
the Minister administering the Act, acting
under the provisions of section 88 of the
Act, do hereby exempt the Company from complying
with
(1) the provisions of subparagraph (iii) of
paragraph (b) of subsection (1) of section
80 of the Act; and
(2) the provisions of subsection (1) of section
84 of the Act in respect of the Deed
subject to the following conditions,
namely
(a) that the company keeps or causes
to be kept in the State of New South
Wales a complete register of interest
holders wheresoever resident at
a place and in the form and manner
in which such a register would
be required to be kept if the Deed
were an approved deed under the
law of the State of New South Wales
relating to companies; and
(b) that the company keeps at a place
within three miles of the office of
the Registrar of Companies in the
State of Western Australia, a register
of interest holders resident in
Western Australia and in relation
to that register complies with the
requirements of section 84 of the
said Act, and at such place provides
reasonable accommodation
and facilities for persons to inspect
and take copies of that register;
