IT is hereby notified for public information that
His Excellency the Governor has directed under
the provisions of section 266 of the Local Government
Act, 1960-1971, that the Northampton Shire
Council may transfer portion of Lot 1 of Lots 45
and 46 Certificate of Title Volume 1191, Folio 318,
for portion of Lot 2 without any cash consideration,
by private treaty.

IT is hereby notified for public information that
His Excellency the Governor has directed, under
the provisions of section 266 of the Local Government
Act, 1960-1971, that the Swan Shire Council
may transfer and surrender to the Crown free
of charge and without calling public tenders:
(1) Portion of Swan Location 7 and being
(firstly) Lots 141, 143, 144 and part of
the land coloured brown on Plan 2435 and
(secondly) Lot 148 on Plan 2428 and being
the whole of the land contained in Certificate
of Title Volume 3, Folio 137A.
(2) Portion of Swan Location 7 and being Lot
142 on deposited plan 2435 and being the
whole of the land contained in Certificate
of Title Volume 303, Folio 11.
(3) Portion of Swan Location 7 and being
(firstly) Lot 4 on Diagram 7450 and (secondly)
part of the land coloured brown
on Plan 2435 and being the whole of the
land contained in Certificate of Title Volume
1145, Folio 87.

Closure of Private Street.

NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of the provisions
of section 297A of the Local Government
Act, 1960-1971, that His Excellency the Governor
has approved of the closing of the private street
in accordance with a resolution passed by the
Stirling City Council, "that the private street
bounded by Princess Road, Sydenham Read and
Coronation Street be closed from Lots 7 and 18
southwards and the land contained therein be allocated
evenly to adjoining owners as shown on the
compiled diagram."
