declare that Reserve 16910 near Killili<br />

and being a public cemetery shall be closed for<br />

burials.<br />

AT a meeting of the Executive Council held in the<br />

Executive Council Chamber, at Perth, this 10th day<br />

of May, 1972, the following Orders in Council<br />

were authorised to be issued:<br />

Land Act, 1933-1971.<br />

ORDERS IN COUNCIL.<br />

WHEREAS by section 33 of the Land Act, 1933-<br />

1971, it is made lawful for the Governor to direct<br />

that any Reserve shall vest in and be held by any<br />

Municipality, Body Corporate, or other person or<br />

persons to be named in the order in trust for<br />

the like or other public purposes to be specified in<br />

such order; and whereas it is deemed expedient,<br />

as follows:-<br />

Corres. 1110/16.—That Reserve No. 16405 should<br />

vest in and be held by the Minister for Works in<br />

trust for the purpose of "Water Supply".<br />

Corres. 420/94, V.3.—That Class "A" Reserve<br />

No. 27068 should vest in and be held by the Town<br />

of Albany in trust for the purpose of "Recreation<br />

and Park Lands".<br />

Corres. 145/56.—That Reserve No. 31302 should<br />

vest in and be held by the National Parks Board<br />

of Western Australia in trust for the purpose of<br />

"National Park".<br />

Corres. 948/69.—That Reserve No. 31303 should<br />

vest in and be held by the Shire of Dandaragan<br />

in trust for the purpose of "Recreation".<br />

Corres. 593/72.—That Reserve No. 31306 should<br />

vest in and be held by the Minister for Native<br />

Welfare in trust for the purpose of "Native Housing".<br />

Corres. 3722/71.—That Reserve No. 31309 should<br />

vest in and be held by the Minister for Education<br />

in trust for the purpose of "Recreation (National<br />

Fitness)".<br />

Corres. 590/72.—That Reserve No. 31312 should<br />

vest in and be held by the Town of Northam in<br />

trust for the purpose of "Park".<br />

Corres. 3387/70.—That Reserve No. 31317 should<br />

vest in and be held by the Shire of Nullagine in<br />

trust for the purpose of "Power Station".<br />

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor,<br />

by and with the advice and consent of the Executive<br />

Council, doth hereby direct that the beforementioned<br />

Reserves shall vest in and be held by<br />

the abovementioned bodies in trust for the purposes<br />

aforesaid, subject nevertheless to the powers<br />

reserved to him by section 37 of the said Act.<br />

WHEREAS by section 33 of the Land Act, 1933-<br />

persons to be named in the Order, in trust for<br />

any of the purposes set forth in section 29 of the<br />

said Act, or for the like or other public purposes<br />

to be specified in such Order and with power of<br />

subleasing; and whereas it is deemed expedient,<br />

as follows:-<br />

Corres. 1289/98.—That Reserve No. 5600 should<br />

vest in and be held by the Shire of Gingin in<br />

trust for the purpose of "Agricultural Hall and<br />

Recreation".<br />

Corres. 863/61.—That Reserve No. 26614 should<br />

vest in and be held by the Shire of Bayswater<br />

in trust for the purpose of "Drainage Purposes".<br />

The previous Order in Council dated 2nd April,<br />

1969, is hereby superseded.<br />

Corres. 1090/64.—That Reserve No. 27234 should<br />

vest in and be held by the Town of Geraldton<br />

in trust for the purpose of "Historical Purposes".<br />

The previous Order in Council dated 23rd February,<br />

1972 is hereby superseded.<br />

Corres. 1704/67.—That Reserve No. 29809 should<br />

vest in and be held by the Shire of Wyndham-<br />

East Kimberley in trust for the purpose of "kindergarten".<br />

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor, by<br />

and with the advice and consent of the Executive<br />

Council, doth hereby direct that the beforementioned<br />

Reserves shall vest in and be held by the<br />

abovementioned bodies, in trust for the purposes<br />

aforesaid, with power to the said bodies, subject<br />

to the approval in writing of the Minister for<br />

Lands being first obtained, to lease the whole or<br />

any portion of the said Reserve for any term not<br />

exceeding 21 years from the date of the lease<br />

subject nevertheless to the powers reserved to him<br />

by section 37 of the said Act.<br />

Corres. 145/56.—That Reserve No. 31302 should<br />

vest in and be held by the National Parks Board<br />

of Western Australia in trust for the purpose of<br />

"National Park".<br />

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor, by<br />

and with the advice and consent of the Executive<br />

Council, doth hereby direct that the beforementioned<br />

Reserves shall vest in and be held by<br />

the abovementioned bodies, in trust for the purposes<br />

aforesaid, with power to the said bodies, to<br />

lease the whole or any portion of the said Reserve<br />

for any term not exceeding 21 years from the date<br />

of the lease subject nevertheless to the powers<br />

reserved to him by section 37 of the said Act.<br />

Metropolitan Water Supply, Sewerage and<br />

Drainage Act, 1909-1970.<br />

Metropolitan Sewerage.<br />

ORDER IN COUNCIL.<br />

WHEREAS by the Metropolitan Water Supply,<br />

Sewerage, and Drainage Act, 1909-1970, it is provided<br />

that, subject to the provisions of the Act,<br />

the Metropolitan Water Supply Sewerage and<br />

Drainage Board shall, with the approval of the<br />

Governor, have power to construct provide and<br />

extend Water Works, Sewerage Works and Metropolitan<br />

Main Drainage Works; and whereas the<br />

preliminary requirements of the said Act have been<br />

complied with and plans sections and estimates
