Proposed Loan (No. 150) of $20,000.<br />

PURSUANT to section 610 of the Local Government<br />

Act, 1960-1971, the City of Melville hereby<br />

gives notice that it proposes to borrow money by<br />

sale of debentures on the following terms: Twenty<br />

thousand dollars for a period of twenty years at<br />

an interest rate not exceeding 6.5 per centum<br />

per annum payable at the Rural and Industries<br />

Bank of Western Australia, 54 Barrack Street,<br />

Perth, in forty half yearly instalments of principal<br />

and interest. Purpose: Construction of a Kindergarten<br />

Act, 1960-1971 the City of Melville hereby<br />

gives notice that it proposes to borrow money by<br />

sale of debentures on the following terms: Twenty<br />

seven thousand dollars for a period of twenty years<br />

at an interest rate not exceeding 6.5 per centum<br />

per annum payable at the Rural and Industries<br />

system at the Melville Glades Golf Club.<br />

Proposed Loan (No. 30) of $30,000.<br />

PURSUANT to section 610 of the Local Government<br />

Act, 1960-1971, the Boulder Shire Council<br />

hereby gives notice that it proposes to borrow by<br />

the sale of a debenture or debentures on the following<br />

terms and conditions and for the following<br />

purpose: $30,000 for a period of fourteen (14)<br />

years, repayable at the Office of the Council,<br />

Davidson Street, Kalgoorlie, by twenty eight (28)<br />

equal half yearly instalments of principal and<br />

interest. Purpose: Alterations and renovations to<br />

the Boulder Town Hall to provide consulting and<br />

treatment facilities for Doctors.<br />

Plans, specifications and estimates of the cost<br />

thereof and the statement required by section<br />

609 are open for inspection at the Council Office,<br />

Davidson Street, Kalgoorlie during normal office<br />

hours for a period of 35 days after publication<br />

Notice of Intention to Borrow.<br />

Proposed Loan (No. 84) of $20,000.<br />

PURSUANT to section 610 of the Local Government<br />

Act, 1960-1971, the Busselton Shire Council<br />

hereby gives notice that it proposes to borrow<br />

money by the sale of debentures on the following<br />

terms and for the following purpose: $20,000 for<br />

a period of 15 years at an interest rate not exceeding<br />

6.3 per cent. per annum repayable at the<br />

Commonwealth Savings Bank of Australia, Perth,<br />

by thirty (30) equal half-yearly instalments of<br />

of principal and interest. Purpose: Purchase of<br />

land for a Shopping Centre at East Busselton.<br />

Estimates and statements required by section 609<br />

of the above Act are open for inspection at the<br />

offices of the Council during business hours for<br />

35 days after publication of this notice.<br />
