HIS Excellency the Governor in Executive Council<br />
has been pleased to approve under section 45A of<br />
the Land Act, 1933-1971, of Morawa Lot 399 being<br />
made available for sale in fee simple for "Residential<br />
Purposes" at the purchase price of two<br />
hundred dollars ($200) and subject to the following<br />
conditions:<br />
(1) The purchaser of the lot shall erect<br />
thereon a residence to comply with local<br />
authority by-laws within two years from<br />
the date of sale. Failure to comply with<br />
this condition will render the license<br />
forfeitable. A transfer of the license will<br />
not be approved and a Crown Grant of<br />
the lot will not be issued until the purchaser<br />
has complied with the building<br />
condition, or has produced evidence that<br />
foundations for a building approved by<br />
the local authority have been erected and,<br />
also, that evidence has been produced to<br />
the local authority that it is intended to<br />
complete the building without delay.<br />
(2) The purchaser to pay a premium of one<br />
hundred dollars ($100) for road construction<br />
costs.<br />
Applications, accompanied by a deposit of $120<br />
must be lodged at the Department of Lands and<br />
Surveys, Perth, on or before Wednesday, 7th June,<br />
1972.<br />
Balance of purchase money shall be paid within<br />
twelve months from the date of approval of the<br />
application by four quarterly instalments on the<br />
first days of January, April, July and October.<br />
All applications lodged on or before that date<br />
will be treated as saving been received on the<br />
closing date, and if there are more applications<br />
than one for the lot, the application to be granted<br />
will be decided by the Land Board.<br />
