PURSUANT to section 610 of the Local Government Act, 1960-1971, the Laverton Shire Council hereby gives notice that it proposes to borrow money by the sale of debentures on the following terms and for the following purpose: $25,000 for a period of 20 years at current rate of interest repayable to the State Government Insurance Office, Perth, in half-yearly payments of principal and interest. Purpose: Electricity Reticulation. Plans, specifications and estimates of costs as required by section 609 are open for inspection at the offices of the Council for 35 days after publication of this notice. Purpose: Construction of a Kindergarten at Kununurra for the Kununurra Kindergarten Association Inc.
