HIS Excellency the Governor in Executive Council, acting pursuant to the<br />

provisions of the Factories and Shops Act, 1963-1970, has been pleased to make<br />

the regulations set out in the Schedule hereunder.<br />

1. In these regulations the Factories and Shops (Rostered Extraordinary<br />

Trading Hours) Regulations, 1964 published in the<br />

Government Gazette on the 30th December, 1963; and amended from<br />

time to time by regulations so published are referred to as the<br />

principal regulations.<br />

Appendix 2. The Appendix to the principal regulations is amended by<br />

amended, adding after Part XIV, Parts as follows<br />

PART XV.<br />

Division 1.<br />

Zone No. 15—Esperance District.<br />

All that portion of the <strong>State</strong> contained in a radius of five miles from P.O.<br />

Esperance.<br />

Division 2 of Part XV.<br />

Shops in Zone No. 15.<br />

Description of Shops in Zone No. 15—Inclusive dates during which Shop is<br />

required to be Kept Open during Rostered Extraordinary Trading Period<br />

for Extraordinary Trading Times.<br />

Extraordinary Trading Times for Shops in Zone No. 15.<br />

The Extraordinary trading times during which shops described in Division 2 of<br />

this part are permitted and required to be kept open during rostered extraordinary<br />

trading periods for extraordinary trading times are as follows:—<br />

Subdivision (i).<br />

7.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. each Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.<br />

Subdivision (ii).<br />

1.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. each Saturday and 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. each Sunday.
