TAKE notice that it is the intention of the Warden
of the Goldfield or Mineral Field mentioned hereunder,
on the date mentioned, to issue out of the
Warden's Court an order authorising the cancellation
of registration of the undermentioned Mining
Tenements in accordance with Regulation 180
of the Mining Act, 1904. An order may issue in
the absence of the registered holder, but should
he desire to object to such order he must, before
the date mentioned, lodge at the Warden's Office
an objection containing the grounds of such objection,
and, on the date mentioned, the Warden will
proceed to hear and determine the same, in accordance
with the evidence then submitted.
