Notice of Meeting of Creditors.
NOTICE is hereby given that a meeting of
Creditors of Jamil Enterprises Pty. Ltd., will be
held at the Lesser Hall, Subiaco City Hall, on
Tuesday, 30th May, 1972, at 3 p.m.
Business:
(1) To receive from the Company in general
meeting, a Resolution that the Company
by reason of its liabilities, cannot continue
its business and that it is advisable to
wind up the Company.
(2) To consider the Statement of Affairs of
the Company as provided by the provisions
of section 260 (4) of the Companies Act.
(3) A Director and the Secretary shall attend
the meeting and disclose to the meeting,
the Company's affairs and circumstances
leading up to the proposed winding up.
(4) To appoint a Liquidator for the purpose
of winding up the affairs and distributing
the Assets of the Company and to fix his
Remuneration.
(5) To consider and if thought fit, appoint a
Committee of Inspection.
