The prefix AT obtains synchronization, identifies the character parameters, and indicates that a<br />

command may be in the following characters.<br />

AT commands are not case sensitive: use either capital letters or lower-case letters for the AT<br />

command.<br />

Note: Some AT Command parameter values ARE case sensitive and are documented in the<br />
