Oil Mayonnaise<br />

Two egg yolks, 112 teaspoonful salt, 1 teaspoonful<br />

sugar, 1J2 teaspoonful mustard. Beat all together<br />

with Dover egg beater, add few drops of lVlazola _<br />

oil and keep beating adding a very little oil at a time<br />

until it becomes thick. Thin with juice of one lemon.<br />

Frui t Salad Dressing<br />

Four yokes of eggs, beaten, 4 tablespoonfuls sugar,<br />

4 tablespoonfuls vinegar, 2 tablespoonfuls water,<br />

butter size of walnut. Boil till thick. Whip up<br />

-V2 pint of cream and mix with dressing.<br />

Thousand Island Dressing<br />

Half pint boiled dressing, 1J2 bottle Chili Sauce,<br />

1 pimento cut fine, 12 stuffed olives cut fine. 3 hard<br />

boiled eggs cut fine, 3 tablespoonfuls French dressing,<br />

add V2 pint whipping cream, beaten stiff. Beat<br />

all together hard and serve on head lettuce. Serves<br />

Salad Dressing<br />

Four teaspoonfuls sugar, V2 teaspoonful salt, 1<br />

teaspoonful flour heaping full, lit, teaspoonful paprika"<br />

14 teaspoonful Colemans' mustard. Mix: 1 egg<br />

beat all together well, Va cupful vinegar, 1113 cupful<br />

Water. Boil slowly stirring all the time until smooth.<br />

To thin or use for a fruit salad add condensed milk<br />

or whipped cream.<br />
