The distributions <strong>of</strong> the vertical stresses at the interface between subgrade <strong>and</strong> RAP base<br />

in all the test sections are shown in figure 4.72. The maximum vertical stresses developed at the<br />

center <strong>and</strong> the magnitude <strong>of</strong> the vertical stresses decreased with an increase <strong>of</strong> the distance.<br />
