This policy applies to all FTASafety
Sensitive employees.
A Safety Sensitive Employee is one who:
Voperates a transit bus or train
Voperates a non-revenue service vehicle
requiring a Commercial Driver’s License
Vcontrols the dispatch or movement of
transit buses or trains Í

A Safet y Sensit ive Employee is one
who:
V maintains/repairs transit buses or trains or the
electro-mechanical systems controlling train
movement.
Vcarries a firearm for security purposes
Vis a supervisor whose duties require the
performance o f any of the previously discussed
functions.
