tUOnO tROpiCALE (tROpiC thUndER)<br />
1 oz (30 ml) gin<br />
¾ oz (21 ml) Campari<br />
¼ oz (7 ml) limoncello<br />
¼ oz (7 ml) lemon juice<br />
¾ oz (21 ml) grapefruit juice<br />
¾ oz (21 ml) simple syrup<br />
2 dash Angostura bitters<br />
1 fresh egg white<br />
Pour all ingredients into a shaker glass. Shake well.<br />
Double strain into champagne saucer or martini glass.<br />
CUCUmBER mint FAUxitO<br />
1 oz (30 ml) gin<br />
1 oz (30 ml) apple liqueur<br />
¼ oz (7 ml) lime juice<br />
½ oz (15 ml) elderberry flower syrup<br />
5 mint leaves<br />
2 slices cucumber, large dice<br />
Muddle mint and cucumber together. Pour all<br />
ingredients into a shaker glass half filled with crushed<br />
ice. Shake vigorously and pour into high ball glass.<br />
Garnish with mint sprig and cucumber slices.<br />
