ChARtREUSE miLK ShAKE<br />
1 oz (30 ml) green Chartreuse<br />
1 oz (30 ml) white crème de cacao<br />
½ oz (15 ml) lime juice<br />
½ oz (15 ml) orange juice<br />
1 fresh egg white<br />
shake vigorously with ice, strain over<br />
crushed ice in a highball glass. Garnish<br />
with lime peel spiral.<br />

3 red grapes (seedless)<br />
3 white grapes (seedless)<br />
1½ oz (45 ml) cachaça<br />
1 tsp (5 ml) white sugar<br />
¼ oz (7 ml) lemon juice<br />
Muddle all ingredients together. shake vigorously<br />
with four large ice cubes. Pour out into short glass.<br />
