ChARtREUSE miLK ShAKE
1 oz (30 ml) green Chartreuse
1 oz (30 ml) white crème de cacao
½ oz (15 ml) lime juice
½ oz (15 ml) orange juice
1 fresh egg white
shake vigorously with ice, strain over
crushed ice in a highball glass. Garnish
with lime peel spiral.

3 red grapes (seedless)
3 white grapes (seedless)
1½ oz (45 ml) cachaça
1 tsp (5 ml) white sugar
¼ oz (7 ml) lemon juice
Muddle all ingredients together. shake vigorously
with four large ice cubes. Pour out into short glass.
