1½ oz (45 ml) blanco tequila<br />
2 kumquats, cut in half<br />
6 cilantro leaves<br />
½ oz (15 ml) lime juice<br />
½ oz (15 ml) simple syrup<br />
Muddle all ingredients together. shake vigorously with<br />
four large ice cubes. strain into a tall glass with ice.<br />
Garnish with kumquats and cilantro leaves.<br />
