This is the story of the Goldstein family - mother, father and son.<br />
The fi lm comprises three episodes: the fi rst occurs at the seashore, the second unfolds in Ashkelon<br />
National Park among the ancient statues and ruins, and the third takes us to the family’s new home<br />
into which they have moved in anticipation of the birth of a new baby.<br />
Each of these situations becomes fraught with danger and drama. Taken together, they bind the<br />
three family members to each other more strongly and more profoundly than before. Fate plays<br />
tricks on the Goldsteins; sometimes the tricks are amusing, often they are menacing. The Goldsteins<br />
cannot rely on fate, only on each other...<br />

Born in 1951 in Afi kim, Israel. One of the founders of Israeli Cinema and Television,<br />
Eitan Green is a prolifi c and highly acclaimed <strong>Film</strong> Director and Scriptwriter. His work<br />
as a fi lm critic, a senior lecturer, books editor, and Head of the Drama Department of<br />
Israeli Cables formed and shaped the Israeli <strong>Film</strong> Industry and Academy. These days<br />
Green also serves as <strong>Film</strong> Professor and Head of the Script Writing Department, MFA<br />
at the Tel Aviv University.
