Consequently, as highlighted by the model, people‟s behaviours, thoughts, environment<br />

Polysomnography provides a comprehensive <strong>and</strong> objective measure of sleep quality.<br />

Electrodes are placed onto the scalp <strong>and</strong> sk<strong>in</strong> before sleep onset, which monitor <strong>and</strong><br />

record bra<strong>in</strong> activity. Sensors are also used to monitor air flow (nasal or oral),<br />

respiratory effort, oxygen saturation, heart rate <strong>and</strong> eye movements, muscle tension <strong>and</strong><br />
