INVALID ARGUMENT<br />

The operand specified in the ORIGIN request cannot be<br />

located in the DEBUG symbol table and is not a valid<br />

hexadecimal number. If the operand is intended to be a<br />

symbol. a DEF request must have been previously issued for<br />

that symbol: if not t • the operand must specify a valid<br />

hexadecimal core location.<br />

INVALID CORE-ADDRESS<br />

The address specified by the ORIGIN operand is greater than<br />

the user·s virtual core size.<br />

Examples:<br />

a. ORIGIN 12000<br />

The origin is set to the hexadecimal value of 12000. 12000<br />

is added to all hexadecimal locations specified in other<br />

DEBUG requests and the resulting core address is referenced.<br />

b. ORIGIN XYZ5<br />

The absolute address assigned to symbol XYZ5 (provided an<br />

entry for XYZ5 exists in the DEBUG symbol table) becomes the<br />

new origin setting. This setting is added to all<br />

hexadecimal locations specified in other DEBUG requests:. and<br />

the resulting core address is referenced.<br />
