The ATTN function stacks a line into the input buffer.

The line that is stacked is unstacked and used when a call
to WAITRD is made to read a line from the typewriter
console. Any number of lines may be stacked for subsequent
use as terminal input. When the input stack is empty. the
keyboard is unlocked to receive typewriter input.
