Cardio Toning<br />
Cardio Sculpt is a combination of cardio<br />
and sculpting moves. This one-hour<br />
cardiovascular strength training exercise<br />
class shapes and tones the entire body and<br />
helps prevent osteoporosis. Bring a set of<br />
2–5 lb. (each) dumbbells, a water bottle,<br />
towel and an exercise mat. Accommodates<br />
