It is possible to see the limit for the emission stated in the aviation standard DO-160 is several tenths <strong>of</strong> dB lower than the real emission in the CM case, this will lead to several problems encountered during the filter design process. Fig. 5.10 and 5.11 represent the emission at the output <strong>of</strong> the converter on the motor side. In this case both CM and DM emissions are far above the limit, leading to a very demanding filter design. 63
