A RARE VIEW OF BERGEN.
Prahl made several different town views of his “own city” Bergen. Our example is, according to Nanna Ebbing in “Från Fjon til Fusa” page 53,
executed when the lithographer H. Bucher worked for the “Prahl-Officin“. The view has the title in French as well and was, according to Nanna
Ebbing, probably ment for sale among tourists.
A fine example.
