Students learn about the fundamental principles of law as they apply in the business world. Topics include, but are not
limited to, Bankruptcy Law; Employment and Labor Law; Employment Discrimination; Corporations; Administrative
Law; Environmental Law; Real Property and Landlord-Tenant Relationships; and Wills, Trusts, and Elder Law. This
course is necessary for a well-rounded knowledge of business law.

liability, nuisance, and the commonly employed defences.
