Troubleshooting, FAQ, and Technical Support<br />

Verify the following:<br />

• The device’s proxy settings are identical to the host computer’s<br />

settings<br />

• The host computer is connected to the Internet<br />

Confirm that your device is connected to the Internet through<br />

a GPRS connection. If you are connected to a host computer,<br />

your device may not allow a GPRS connection. See<br />

your device’s documentation <strong>for</strong> details.<br />

Your device may be in flight mode. Switch to normal mode<br />

and then restart your handheld device.<br />

If the approved senders list is enabled and the list is empty,<br />

all SMS messages will be blocked and moved to the Spam<br />

folder. Check the Spam folder and your anti-spam settings.<br />

Your device or service may not support receiving WAP Push<br />

messages. Check your device’s documentation or contact<br />

your service provider to find out whether you can receive<br />

WAP Push messages.<br />
