received by BellSouth no later than thirty (30) days after BellSouth’s Application<br />
Response to OTI’s Bona Fide application or OTI’s application will expire.<br />
6.11.2 BellSouth will establish a Firm Order date based upon the date BellSouth is in<br />
receipt of OTI’s BFFO. BellSouth will acknowledge the receipt of OTI’s BFFO<br />
within seven (7) days of receipt, so that OTI will have positive confirmation that<br />
its BFFO has been received. BellSouth’s response to a BFFO will include a Firm<br />
Order Confirmation, which contains the firm order date. No revisions may be<br />
made to a BFFO.<br />
7. Construction and Provisioning<br />
7.1 Construction and Provisioning Intervals. In Florida, BellSouth will complete<br />
construction of physical Collocation Space as soon as possible within a maximum<br />
of ninety (90) days from receipt of a BFFO or as agreed to by the Parties. For<br />
virtual Collocation Space, BellSouth will complete construction as soon as<br />
possible within a maximum of sixty (60) days from receipt of a BFFO or as agreed<br />
to by the Parties. For Alterations requested to Collocation Space after the initial<br />
space has been completed, BellSouth will complete construction for Collocation<br />
Space as soon as possible within a maximum of forty-five (45) days from receipt of<br />
a BFFO or as agreed to by the Parties, as long as no additional space has been<br />
requested by OTI, If additional space has been requested by OTI, BellSouth will<br />
complete construction for the requested Collocation Space as soon as possible<br />
within a maximum of ninety (90) days from receipt of a BFFO for physical<br />
Collocation Space and forty-five (45) days from receipt of a BFFO for virtual<br />
Collocation Space. If BellSouth does not believe that construction will be<br />
completed within the relevant provisioning interval and BellSouth and OTI cannot<br />
agree upon a completion date, within forty-five (45) days of receipt of the BFFO<br />
for an initial request, or within thirty (30) days of receipt of the BFFO for an<br />
Alteration, BellSouth may seek an extension from the Commission.<br />
7.2 Records Only Change. When OTI adds equipment that was originally included on<br />
OTI’s Initial Application or a Subsequent Application, and the addition of this<br />
equipment requires no additional space preparation work or cable terminations on<br />
the part of BellSouth, BellSouth will impose no additional charges or intervals.<br />
7.3 Joint Planning. Unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties, a joint planning meeting<br />
or other method of joint planning between BellSouth and OTI will commence<br />
within a maximum of twenty (20) days from BellSouth's receipt of a BFFO. At<br />
such meeting, the Parties will agree to the preliminary design of the Collocation<br />
Space and the equipment configuration requirements, as reflected in the application<br />
and affirmed in the BFFO.<br />
7.4 Permits. Each Party, its agent(s) or BellSouth Certified Supplier(s) will diligently<br />
pursue filing for the permits required for the scope of work to be performed by<br />
