that Party, its agent(s) or BellSouth Certified Supplier(s) within ten (10) days of<br />

the completion of the finalized construction design and specifications.<br />

7.5 Circuit Facility Assignments<br />

7.5.1 Unless otherwise specified, BellSouth will provide CFAs to OTI prior to the<br />

applicable provisioning interval set forth herein (Provisioning Interval) for those<br />

BellSouth Premises in which OTI has physical Collocation Space with no POT bay<br />

or with a grandfathered POT bay provided by BellSouth. BellSouth cannot<br />

provide CFAs to OTI prior to the Provisioning Interval for those BellSouth<br />

Premises in which OTI has physical Collocation Space with a POT bay provided<br />

by OTI or virtual Collocation Space, until OTI has provided BellSouth with the<br />

following information:<br />

7.5.1.1 For physical Collocation Space with a OTI-provided POT bay, OTI shall provide<br />

BellSouth with a complete layout of the POT panels on an Equipment Inventory<br />

Update (EIU) form that shows the locations, speeds, etc.<br />

7.5.1.2 For virtual Collocation Space, OTI shall provide BellSouth with a complete layout<br />

of OTI’s equipment on an EIU form, that includes the locations of the low speed<br />

ports and the specific frame terminations to which the equipment will be wired by<br />

OTI’s BellSouth Certified Supplier.<br />

7.5.2 BellSouth cannot begin work on the CFAs until the complete and accurate EIU<br />

form has been received from OTI. If the EIU form is provided within ten (10)<br />

days prior to the ending date of the Provisioning Interval, then the CFAs will be<br />

made available by the ending date of the Provisioning Interval. If the EIU form is<br />

not received ten (10) days prior to the ending date of the Provisioning Interval,<br />

then the CFAs will be provided within ten (10) days of BellSouth’s receipt of the<br />

EIU form.<br />

7.5.3 BellSouth will bill OTI a nonrecurring charge, as set forth in Exhibit B, each time<br />

OTI requests a resend of its original CFA information for any reason other than a<br />

BellSouth error in the CFAs initially provided to OTI.<br />

7.6 Use of BellSouth Certified Supplier. OTI shall select a supplier which has been<br />

approved as a BellSouth Certified Supplier to perform all engineering and<br />

installation work. OTI, if a BellSouth Certified Supplier, or OTI’s BellSouth<br />

Certified Supplier must follow and comply with all of BellSouth’s specifications<br />

and the following BellSouth Technical Requirements: TR 73503, TR 73519, TR<br />

73572, and TR 73564. Unless the BellSouth Certified Supplier has met the<br />

requirements for all of the required work activities, OTI must use a different<br />

BellSouth Certified Supplier for the work activities associated with transmission<br />

equipment, switching equipment and power equipment. BellSouth shall provide<br />

OTI with a list of BellSouth Certified Suppliers, upon request. OTI, if a BellSouth<br />

Certified Supplier, or OTI’s BellSouth Certified Supplier(s) shall be responsible for<br />
