died July 7. 1844. He died Dec, 26. 1849. both died at
Midcllehurg. Ohio: he was born Aug. 13. 1791. His father
was Thomas Granger, born Sept. 11, 1764; mother's maiden
name was Jemima Kingsbury: she was born in Salsburv,
Conn. Thomas Granger was in the Revolutionary war six
years and seven months. He was at surrender of Burgoine
and the siege of Yorktown, when Cornwallis surrendered.

Co., X. Y., Xov. 15. 1829. He was born in Washington
Co., X. Y., April 3. 1803. His grandfather was born
in England and his grandmother was born in France. Her
family were Huguenots: they fled from France, losing their
property. His father's name was John and mother's was
Rachel Mathews, born in Xew Haven. Conn. Children:
