Exeter, R. I., Sept. 13.. 1734; married Isaac Baldwin of Canterbury,<br />

Conn., Nov. 16. 1751: she died July 14, 1823. He<br />

was born in Norwich, Conn.. June 12. 1730; soon after marriage<br />

they removed to Norwich, Conn., where all their chil-<br />

dren were born. The family bible says she was born in<br />

He emigrated with his family from Norwich to<br />

Wyoming Valley. Pa., where they remained only a few years<br />

in consequence of the Pennenites and Indian war; they removed<br />

and settled near Ulster, supposing they had crossed<br />

into New York state: they remained there one or two years<br />

and again removed to the town of Chemung, then a part of<br />
