ARTICLE IV<br />

Membership<br />

The members of the LAND Fund Council will consist of six (6) members: (1) Post<br />

Comm<strong>and</strong>er (President); (2) Deputy Post Comm<strong>and</strong>er (Vice President); (3) Environmental<br />

Office Supervisor (Member); (4) Training Area Coordinator (Member); (5) Program Analyst<br />

(Fund Manager); (6) Budget Assistant (Recorder). The council members will be listed by name<br />

on a Duty Appointment <strong>and</strong> filed per MNGR 230-65.<br />

ARTICLE V<br />

Meeting <strong>and</strong> Voting<br />

Section 1 – Place: All meetings of the membership shall be held at the principal office of the<br />

Council (Camp Ripley) or at such other place as may be designated in the Notice of Meeting by<br />

the LAND Fund.<br />

Section 2 – Annual Meeting: An annual meeting of the members of the council shall be held<br />

in the month of January. The LAND Fund Council may designate an alternate day as needed.<br />

Section 3 – Special Meetings: The Post Comm<strong>and</strong>er unless otherwise prescribed by statute,<br />

may call Special meetings of the membership for any purpose or purposes at any time. Special<br />

meetings can be written or verbal with purpose stated.<br />

Section 4 – Notice of Meetings: Notice of the annual meeting will be sent out via email<br />

through Microsoft Outlook.<br />

Section 5 – Quorum: If notice of meeting has been properly given, a quorum shall be four<br />

(4) voting members.<br />

Section 6 – Voting: Voting can be in writing or cast at meeting. Each individual casts only<br />

one vote.<br />

Section 7 – Order of Business: The LAND Fund Council may from time to time determine<br />

the order of business at their meetings. The usual order of business at such meetings shall be as<br />

follows:<br />
