can tell. A question on the red capping; is that shown in this anywhere? I<br />
know that we spoke about it and we’re supposed to do it. I’m just curious.<br />
MS. HARPER: Are we on? Okay. We did discuss that this<br />
year during the Board <strong>of</strong> Selectmen’s review <strong>of</strong> the budget as to whether<br />
they were considering a red capping program. They determined that they<br />
would sustain the budget and were not proposing to red cap lights. We do<br />
have a grant with Cape Light Compact where we will be doing some<br />
substantial modifications to the street lighting system which will include<br />
new bulb replacement for some <strong>of</strong> them, changes in sizes <strong>of</strong> the street<br />
