CHAIRMAN FLYNN: Mr. Moderator, I move to dispense with<br />
the reading <strong>of</strong> the warrant except for the Officer’s Return.<br />
THE MODERATOR: Okay, you’ve all heard the main motion<br />
to dispense with the reading <strong>of</strong> the warrant. All those in favor, signify by<br />

THE MODERATOR: The Ayes have it. Mr. Clerk, I ask that<br />

At this time, I’ll read the Officer’s Return <strong>of</strong> the Warrant. By<br />
virtue <strong>of</strong> this warrant, I have this day notified and summoned the<br />
inhabitants <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Town</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Falmouth</strong> qualified to vote on <strong>Town</strong> affairs, as<br />
said warrant directs, by posting an attested copy there<strong>of</strong> in <strong>Town</strong> Hall and<br />
